How does it work?
This minimalistic app supports you on your journey of creating a new habit by prompting you with push notifications to think about your progress. You rate your satisfaction with your progress with two simple clicks. Based on your rating, a smart algorithm determines when to send you the next prompt.
Over time, as you are training and thereby forming your habit, the time interval between the prompts for self-reflection increases. And when you live through a period of other aspects requiring your full attention, nudges become more frequent again.
Habit as the ultimate goal
The goal is that you create your desired habit. That you will automatically act in your desired way and not depend on this app or anything else. That it will come effortless and you no longer even notice it. As you get better over the weeks at your desired behavior, the prompts to reflect about your progress become less frequent and eventually fade out.
