On your Iphone, open “Settings” and then scroll down and select “Notifications”. Now scroll down through the list of apps you have installed and select “Improve”. Make sure the first switch “Allow Notifications” is green / switched on. We also highly recommend to configure the Alerts to show on the Lock Screen and as Banner and select the Banner Style “persistent”. This will ensure that the notification stays visible and that you will not miss it. More details?

After making the above changes, you should receive a notification within approximately 24 hours. In case you still experience issues, please send us an email to help[at]improve-app.org and we will try to help you as soon as possible. We apologize!

We understand that you would not always want to receive notifications. We suggest applying the same principles as with regular messages (SMS): turn on “Silent Mode” for shorter periods of time during the day and use the “Do not disturb” Mode for the nights. Not allowing the app to send push notifications all together will cause the app not to work.
